Assuming that at one frequency there is an opportunity to transmit several mutual interference signals at one time, the problem is the separation of these signals. But, complexity of demodulation procedures has significantly increased compared to the classical. Thus, we must determine whether a reasonable increase of complexity and how will increase the throughput of some communication system. In researching we will choose carrier sense multiple access protocol.Item SDR-ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ПРИХОВАНИХ ЛІНІЙ РАДІОЗВ'ЯЗКУ. SDR-THECHNOLOGIES OF ÑOVERT RADIO LINES(2019) Євграфов, Дмитро Вікторович; Yevhraphov, DmytroThe possibilities of Software Defined Radio (SDR) – technologies in the correlation processing of linear-frequency modulated (LFM) signals are examined. The structure of the correlation receiver of maximum likelihood is justified using modern SDR technologies. Since the signal arrival time is unknown after analog-to-digital conversion (ADC), the signals are fed to the correlation processing channels and to the maximum selection device, the signals from which are sent to the decision-making device. The decision maker evaluates the message that is transmitted if the signals exceed a certain detection threshold. The influence of the amplitude quantization of the signal on the detection process is analyzed, since with insufficient ADC bit depth, the signal is simply lost in the quantization noise. It is shown that the existing ADC bits allow processing signals with large bases, which makes it possible to use SDR technologies to create correlation receivers of chirp signals. The synthesis results are illustrated by simulations in the software environment Mathcad and Excel. For comparison, the simulation results are presented at the output of a conventional digital receiver, with a bandwidth that is equal to the band of the chirp signal. It is shown that to solve the analysis problem in the future, it is necessary to use the apparatus of two-component Markov processes, which allows one to find the distribution of the absolute maxima of random processes and sequences obtained by their discretization.Item БАГАТОРІВНЕВА БЕЗПЕКА ІНФОРМАЦІЙНИХ СИСТЕМ. MULTI-LEVEL SECURITY OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS(2019) Дудикевич, Валерій Богданович; Dudykevych, Valerii; Микитин, Галина Василівна; Mykytyn, HalynaMulti-level Information Security (infosec) model of Information Systems (IS) is made of three levels: external, internal and mandatory security policy. External and internal security levels are based on conception “object – threat – protection”. Among the IS external security threats: the absence of zones of authorized access, unauthorized access (UAA) in the equipment repair mode, hardware and power supply failures. To protect information on IS external level are used: access control systems, radio frequency identification systems, closed circuit television, biometric systems that provides: access control and restriction, monitoring of buildings and rooms by using workstations, usage of passwords and employees’ access sharing , biometric protection against UAA. The threats of internal IS was considered: objective, subjective, casual, purposeful. Among the casual threats to IS security: failures and malfunctions of hardware, power supply failures, sensor glitches etc. Purposeful threats are based on offender’s behavior model and lead to leakage of confidential data, its unauthorized modification and its purposeful destruction. Technologies of providing infosec on hardware and software IS levels were presented. The infosec hardware levels provides: detection of tap devices, suppression of side electromagnetic radiation and interference etc. The infosec software level provides: subject identification/authentication, encryption of information resources, detecting software taps etc. Mandatory security policy provides a high level of information protection security due to the algorithm of countering information leakage from high- access objects to low-access objects. Multi-level IS security model is universal-designed and can be modified for informatization tasks and intellectualization of public infra- structure objects in the area of providing security infosec.Item Використання електронних довірчих послуг у системі МВС України. USE OF ELECTRONIC CONVENTIONAL SERVICES IN THE SYSTEM OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE(2019) Чередниченко, Андрій Валерійович; Cherednychenko, AndriіPaper is devoted to the possibilities of use of electronic conventional services, including electronic digital signature, timestamps and electronic seals in electronic documents of state enterprises, state authorities and structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of digital signing is carried out. The ways of introducing alternatives, methods and means of personality identification during signing of electronic documents are considered. The introduction of e-governance in Ukraine without effective and efficient functioning of the electronic document flow system is impossible. Also important for document circulation in electronic form is the proper examination and signing of the document. Taking into account the fact that the scanned document with the signature and seal of the department is not the original document, namely the document signed with the use of electronic digital signature (EDS), according to the Ukrainian legislation will already be legally significant document. In this paper, we will look at and find out, how it is formed, when and why an electronic digital signature is used. In Ukraine, during 2002–2018, a number of legislative acts, normative and technical documents on EDS were adopted and revised. Since that time, this branch has passed the stage of formation and is currently actively developing. We can separately highlight the adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in Ukraine” of May 15, 2013, No. 386-p. The strategy outlines key areas of innovation: e-government, e-democracy, e-economy, e- commerce, e-service, e-education, e-medicine, e-culture. An increasing number of administrative services are being implemented, which can be arranged electronically, by signing an electronic digital signature. In particular, in the Service Centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, citizens have the opportunity to use administrative services, such as: issuing a certificate of legality, which can be taken ready by the chosen, most convenient territorial, service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It can be stated that in order to improve the functioning of EDS in Ukraine, a number of normative acts were adopted in recent years. Ukraine’s progress in the field of information and communication technologies (ICTs) has influenced its assessment in the world.Item ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ЗУБОХОНІНГУВАННЯ ЗУБЧАСТИХ КОЛІС ПІСЛЯ ШЕВІНГУВАННЯ І ТЕРМООБРОБКИ. STUDY OF GEAR HONING OF COGWHEELS AFTER GEAR SHAVING AND HEAT PROCESSING(2019) Кривошея, Анатолій Васильович; Kryvoshe³a, Anatolii; Возний, В'ячеслав Вікторович; Voznyi, Viacheslav; Мельник, Володимир Євгенович; Melnyk, Volodymyr; Підгаєцький, Михайло Матвійович; Pidhaietskyi, MykhailoResearch paper considers a new method of gearing cylindrical gears, after gear shaving and heat processing with worm diamond elastic hones. The main disadvantages of the existing methods of gearing honing are given. The main advantage of the new method of gear honing is that serial milling or grinding machines can be used to implement it. To ensure spring linkage in the system tool–detail a special device has been developed. As a tool, a specially developed diamond elastic worm hone instead of a disk hone was used. The use of worm hone equalized the cutting speed of the gear height and significantly reduced the dynamic load while gear honing, compared with the disk gear hone. The characteristics of the diamond worm hone, the modes and quality of machining gears are stated. To assess the quality of machining gears, the surface roughness parameters were used, which were measured before gearing honing. For measuring the roughness of the surface of gear honing, a complex was created by measurement with data output to a computer. The complex is connected to a computer, which allows to automatically obtain the following roughness parameters: Ra, Rq, Rt, Rz, Rc, Rsm, as well as the supporting curve. The roughness was measured both along the involute profile and along the honing line of the cogwheel. For statistical assessment of the results, the roughness supporting curves were constructed before and after processing. From the analysis of the scattering curves, it was found that the roughness of the surface of the gear wheels after gear honing can be reduced by 2–3 times. In addition to providing roughness parameters, the process of gear honing allows correcting local defects (cracks) of the profile. All gears after the gearing are recognized as suitable ones for the construction of hydraulic machines. ACTIVITIES OF THE TECHNICAL COMMITTEE TC 076 “MILITARY EQUIPMENT, WEAPONS AND EXPLOSION MATERIALS” WITHIN THE AUSTRIAN INSTITUTE OF STANDARDIZATION(2019) Подойніцин, Валерій Михайлович; Podoinitsyn, ValeriiIn the article the questions of organization, creation, formation, sphere of activity, goals and tasks of technical committee of standardization TC 076 “Military equipment, armament and explosives” are considered, structural subdivisions (working groups) of the mentioned committee working as a part of the Austrian institute of standardization are also submitted. Furthermore, it provides basic market information, which is based on the ÎNORMEN standards developed by the 076 Committee. Historical aspects of establishing a European defense agency are considered, as well as full names of the states agency’s members. A historical overview on creating the Austrian Institute for Standardization and the primary goals of the Institute is provided. Risk analysis was carried out in the development of national standards of the Republic of Austria, which belongs to the European Defense Agency and some international and regional defense organizations and standardization organizations. The primary task of the Austrian Institute for Standardization (hereinafter Institute) is developing and publishing Austrian standards. Additionally, the Institute cooperates with other national and international standardization organizations DIN, CEN, ISO and the like. Most of the standards currently applicable in Austria, more than 20,000 of them, belong to European origin. The share of European (and international) standards in the publication of Austrian standards is almost 80 %. However, there are a number of Austrian national standards.Item ЕРГОНОМІЧНІ ВИМОГИ ДО СПЕЦІАЛЬНОГО (ФОРМЕНОГО) ОДЯГУ ЛІТНЬОГО АСОРТИМЕНТУ. ERGONOMIC REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL CLOTHING (UNIFORM) IN SUMMER(2019) Сергієнко, Любов Григорівна; Serhiienko, Liubov; Бакал, Віталій Павлович; Bakal, VitaliiResearch paper has a set of ergonomic indicators, which should be taken into account when designing summer special (uniform) clothing for the National Police. Special-purpose clothing must meet a number of ergonomic requirements: have protective functions, meet hygienic requirements, be as comfortable and functional as possible. Violation of these requirements can lead to significant changes in human functional systems, namely: cardiovascular, nervous, respiratory, endocrine and the like. Therefore, special attention is drawn to the ergonomic aspects of design, which provide a combination of safety and convenience (comfort) of the user. The existing systems of classification of ergonomic requirements for industrial clothing require an improvement in accordance with each product range. In the paper, the authors suggest a generalized classification of ergonomic requirements, which include a set of anthropometric, hygienic, physiological and psychological indicators for special (uniform) summer range for National Police officers. The study of a set of ergonomic indicators for special (uniform) clothing was carried out by the method of theoretical and analytical study of existing classifications of ergonomic indicators for industrial clothing. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that on the basis of theoretical researches the basic ergonomic requirements for special (uniform) clothing of the summer assortment are determined, their generalized classification and structure are carried out and also the structure of each individual indicator, that is part of the ergonomics, is determined. In their conclusions, the authors state that in order to obtain high-quality special (uniform) clothing of the summer range, it is necessary to take into account the whole range of ergonomic requirements, that are put to this range of clothing. PROVIDING THE REQUIRED LEVEL OF PROTECTION AND CONTROL OF THE PROTECTIVE PROPERTIES CERAMIC-POLYMER ARMOUR ELEMENTS(2019) Мазна, Олександра Вікторівна; Mazna, Oleksandra; Нешпор, Олексій Вячеславович; Neshpor, Oleksii; Самусь, Євген Вікторович; Samus, Yevhen; Вересенко, Юрій Віталійович; Veresenko, Yurii; Чижаньков, Євген Юрійович; Chyzhankov, YevhenRecently, light-armoured ceramics and combined materials containing layers of ceramics and polymer composites have been increasingly developed. According to the cost indicators, the possibility of using raw materials of domestic production, specific weight and high protective properties of the most acceptable for Ukraine ceramics from silicon carbide. When developing and manufacturing armoured structures, both for individual protection and vehicle protection, the greatest attention is paid to the physical and mechanical properties and specific weight of ceramics, but a clear relationship between mechanical properties and ballistic efficiency has not yet been established. Manufacture of ceramic-polymer protective products has the following mandatory stages of quality control: input control of materials, 100 % control of weight, geometric dimensions, protection area, availability of internal defects with the help of X-ray defectoscopic method. Thus, proper quality control at all stages of ceramic and polymeric protective products manufacture makes it possible to guarantee the necessary level of protective properties. However, it should be noted that ballistic tests have been and remain the necessary and most reliable method of monitoring the protective properties of armour protection products. Ballistic tests are carried out according to standard methods in accredited laboratories in the quantity approved for certain types of tests (certification, presentation, acceptance, periodic, etc.). World experience in developing and manufacturing armour-plated materials and structures shows that the implementation of high resistance to dynamic loads while maintaining the weight advantages (especially for individual protection and defense of aircraft) is associated with the use of ceramic elements with reactively baked silicon carbide or hot-pressed boron carbide (lighter than silicon carbide, but more valuable). Ballistic tests with the use of validated methods and ensuring the repeatability of the method remain necessary and the most reliable method of monitoring the protective properties of armour protection products.Item Застосування національних стандартів України для оцінки відповідності феєрверків 1-го,2-го та 3-го класів технічному оегламенту піротехнічних виробів. APPLICATION OF NATIONAL STANDARDS OF UKRAINE FOR ASSESSMENT OF COMPLIANCE OF FIREWORKS OF THE 1ST, 2ND, 3RD, CLASSES WITH THE TECHNICAL REGULATION OF PYROTECHNIC PRODUCTS(2019) Вересенко, Ю.В.; Veresenko, Yu.V.; Романова, Т.В.; Romanova, T.V.Ukraine, as a member of the World Trade Organization, should harmonize its technical regulation system with that of other WTO members. To reform the national technical regulation, new laws of Ukraine were adopted: “On metrology and metrological activity”, “On standardization”, “On technical regulations and conformity assessment”, “On accreditation of conformity assessment bodies”. The European approach to technical regulatory coherence is confirmed by the existence of mutual recognition agreements for conformity assessment results. Conformity assessment in the EU is carried out for compliance with product directives. Product directives define mandatory general (essential) safety requirements. The task of establishing specific characteristics is assigned to European standards, which are voluntary for application. Products manufactured in accordance with the requirements of European standards harmonized with the EU directive are considered to meet the essential requirements of the directive (presumption of conformity principle). European directives are being implemented in Moldova as technical regulations. This normative and legal act, adopted by the public authorities, establishes mandatory requirements for the elimination of the threat to the national security, protection of human life, health and property, protection of animals, plants and environment, etc. Under each approved regulation, the list of national standards ensuring compliance with the requirements of the regulations will be made public. Lists of national standards are formed in accordance with the methodological recommendations approved by the central executive authority, which ensures the formation of state policy in the field of technical regulation. The national standardization body shall, upon request of the relevant central executive authorities, provide them with information and methodological assistance on the formation of lists of national standards. The list of national standards is approved for the first time prior to the entry into force of the relevant technical regulations and is then updated as necessary by approval. In article some disputable questions arising in the course of expert estimations carrying out on marking and tests of fireworks on functioning for carrying out of an estimation of conformity to Technical regulations of pyrotechnic products are considered. Cases when compliance with technical regulations is certified, but certified “today” through the use of a limited list of standards, the voluntary use of which can be perceived as proof of compliance of pyrotechnic products to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of pyrotechnic means.Item ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ЦІАНАКРИЛОВОГО МЕТОДУ ВИЯВЛЕННЯ ЛАТЕНТНИХ СЛІДІВ РУК ІЗ ВИКОРИСТАННЯМ ВАКУУМНОЇ КАМЕРИ. THE HARNESSING OF CIANOACRYLATE METHOD OF DETECTING LATENT HANDPRINTS USING A VACUUM CHAMBER(2019) Мамотенко, Петро Іванович; Mamotenko, PetroThe article highlights the mechanism of reaction between the esters of cyanoacrylic acid with amino acids and water contained in sweat and adipose substance. Examples of the suitability of the cyanoacrylate method for the detection of hand marks on different types of surfaces under study are given. It is noted that the proposed method is most suitable for the identification of hand marks on surfaces such as polyethylene films, cellophane, various types of metals and alloys, plastics, glossy dense cardboard, glossy and copying paper, smooth leather substitute. Attention is drawn to the fact that the method is not suitable for detecting traces on porous surfaces (paper, unpainted cardboard, wood, the like). It is emphasized that after detection of traces of cyanoacrylate, it becomes impossible to conduct biomedical studies of the sweat and adipose. The advantages and disadvantages of the cyanoacrylate method are analyzed, and the methods of its application with the help of cyanoacrylate chambers (atmospheric type and vacuum) and gas burners are given. The peculiarities of chamber design (atmospheric type and vacuum) are considered, comparative analysis is carried out, advantages and disadvantages of their use are shown, in particular, due to their design. Design and principle of functioning of the prototype of cyanoacrylate and vacuum chamber for detection of latent handprints developed by the State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in cooperation with Shostak V. V. on request of the State Research and Expert and Criminalistic Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine within the framework of the research and development work “Development and production of the prototype of the vacuum chamber for detection of latent handprints by cyanoacrylate method”, cipher “Vacuum” are considered. Highlighted the advantages of the developed prototype, in particular: the absence of overexposure of traces due to the exclusion from the process of polymerization of the “background” catalyst due to atmospheric moisture; uniform manifestation of handprints on long objects regardless of their position inside the working chamber due to the uniform distribution of cyanoacrylate vapor throughout the working volume and effective detection of traces, even on tightly adjoining surfaces. The necessity of equipping the forensic units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with cyanoacrylate cameras and introduction of cyanoacrylate method to expand the possibility of detecting latent handprints and create conditions for increasing the efficiency of work of forensic experts.Item ЗАХИСНЕ ЕКІПІРУВАННЯ ПОЛІЦЕЙСЬКОГО ПІД ЧАС ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПУБЛІЧНОГО ПОРЯДКУ. Recent studies and publications on the use of personal protective equipment have been analyzed, the need has been identified and existing knowledge has been systematized. Insufficiently resolved issues in the protective equipment of a police officer while ensuring public order were singled out. Modern personal protective equipment for a police officer, designed to directly protect his life and health in the course of duty is studied in detail. Examples of classification of the level of protection of protective equipment in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and police of foreign countries are given. The distribution of personal protective equipment of a police officer is suggested. Examples, description and application features of modern materials used in personal protective equipment, such as steel, titanium, aluminum, ceramics, polyethylene polyethylene, nylon and aramid fibers (kevlar, queen, carbon, terlon and others), are given. Updated state classification of bulletproof vests in Ukraine, in accordance with the new DSTU 8782: 2018 PPE. Body armor. Classification. General specifications. Requirements for Individual Armor Protection, is carried out. The experience of using individual armor protection has been analyzed, the requirement for reduction of a traumatic (pre-obstructive) contusion trauma has been singled out and options for providing its severity have been proposed. Suggestions of approximate time of continuous wearing of personal protective equipment by police officers are provided. Modern personal protective equipment has been systematized and reviewed in detail, namely: individual head and torso protection, shock and anti-ball shields, individual limb protection, protective gloves and shoes, protective kits (shock and anti-ball), individual protective equipment. Recommendations have been formulated and a conclusion has been drawn regarding the correct choice and requirement of the wearing of personal protective equipment, which is by far the most important condition for high security of police officers in the course of their duty.Item КЛЮЧІ ТА ІДЕНТИФІКАТОРИ В СИСТЕМАХ УПРАВЛІННЯ ДОСТУПОМ. KEY AND IDENTIFIERS IN ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS(2019) Білогуров, В.А.; Bilohurov, V.A.; Назарок, Д.С.; Nazarok, D.S.The subject of this article was the main and auxiliary means and devices, which allowed first to differentiate access to information and objects, and subsequently to automate such access. Contact, non-contact and combined smart cards that operate at 125 kHz or 13.56 MHz (in near-field communication systems) are considered. Standards are described in specifications ISO 18902, ISO 7816, ISO 14443 variants A and B (less frequently ISO/IEC 15693), EMV (Europay, MasterCard, Visa), IPS/JEDEC J-STD- 020C, ECMA. Typical use of smart cards (tags) is discussed: – access control and time management at enterprises; – paid access to car parks, lifts, attractions, etc; – payments for the use of public transport; – replacement or addition of bank and discount cards with magnetic stripe; – keyless access to vehicles. There are three main card standards: Mifare, EM Marine and HID. The media standard is defined by the chip. The tag allows data encryption and provides up to 100,000 overwrite cycles. Design and element base of maps are considered. Attention paid to the volume of tags memory and the use of new technologies. Ways of protection against unauthorized interference such as traditional technologies of data encryption AES (Advaced Encryption Standard), SHA (Secure Hash Algorithm), and American FIPS (Federal Informaion Processing Standards) are considered. The article focuses on the use of biometric module AT77SM0101BCBO2VKE manufacturing Atmel in particular for foreign passports. Design and peculiarities of operation of readers, as well as the use of common tags for anti-theft systems of cars are considered. Possessing the basic functionality of systems and components of remote access control can be useful to practitioners in implementing law enforcement practices.Item Кодифікація майна сил безпеки та оборони України. CODIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE UKRAINIAN SECURITY AND DEFENSE FORCES(2019) Смерницький, Д.В.; Smernytskyi, D.V.; Кучинський, Ю.Д.; Kuchynskyi, Yu.D.It is noted that the current Ukrainian legislation currently provides for the codification of property (supplies) only for State bodies (military formations) belonging to the Ukrainian defense forces. The purpose of the codification is to improve the efficiency of supply chain management at all stages of the life cycle, to provide the necessary conditions for automated accounting, to improve stockpile management, and to promote the compatibility of the logistics systems of the Ukrainian defense forces with the logistics systems of other countries that use the NATO codification system. The main objective of the codification is to assign a NATO nomenclature number to each item of supply. The NATO Codification System is a logistics nomenclature management tool that fulfills three main objectives of logistics: improving logistics performance, reducing overall costs by preventing the identification of duplicate items, and promoting interoperability. The security forces include law enforcement and intelligence agencies, special- purpose State bodies with law enforcement functions, civil protection forces and other bodies tasked by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine with ensuring the national security of Ukraine, and the defense forces – the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as other military formations, law enforcement and intelligence agencies and special- purpose bodies with law enforcement functions established in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. The analysis of the main regulatory legal acts regulating the procedure of codification of supply items is carried out, as well as the benefits for the sphere of interests of the state and objects of management, which appear during the implementation of the system of codification of supply items of NATO. The consumer at acquisition, the order or use of production in territory of Ukraine has the right to the state protection of the rights, in particular acquisition of production of proper quality safe for a life, health and environment. Pyrotechnic products are classified as hazardous. Products that are classified as hazardous must comply with the requirements of all current technical regulations applicable to such products. Compliance of the recycled, marketed or commissioned pyrotechnic products in Ukraine with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 03, 2011 No. 839 “On Approval of the Technical Regulation of Pyrotechnic Products” (hereinafter referred to as the technical regulation) is mandatory. Information about the pyrotechnic product, instructions for use, safety requirements specified in the product label. Marking is a mandatory requirement for safe use of pyrotechnic products in accordance with the Technical Regulations. The article contains a list of basic requirements that must be specified in the marking of pyrotechnic products, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents. As a result, traffic becomes more complex, along with the intellectualization of network services. However, the quality of the video data received is constantly increasing. Thus, the task of increasing the efficiency of video services on the basis of information and communication networks remains relevant. This task can be solved as at the level of end nodes, and at the level of traffic management within the network nodes. However, the possibilities of such traffic management in conditions of its complexity are limited, because the overall load on the network remains constant. One of the most common and effective solutions is coding methods aimed at reducing the intensity of video data in the network. But the possibilities of traditional methods without further quality reduction have reached their theoretical limit. Under these conditions, the most rational methods are those that are based on eliminating new types of redundancy. This takes into account the fact that the method developed should provide redundancy without making additional mistakes. The method described in this article suggests an approach to building a code representation of a significant coordinate-brightness component of video. Coding is based on the description of the coordinate-brightness component in the form of a structural position number with global and local inequality of values of neighboring elements. Bulletproof vests. Classification. General specifications”, DSTU 8788: 2018 “Personal protective equipment. Bulletproof vests. Methods of control of protective properties” and DSTU 8835: 2019 “Personal protective equipment. Bulletproof helmets. Classification. General technical conditions” defining climatic conditions and ballistic test regimes to assess the quality of personal protective equipment from the point of view of monitoring its protective properties. The article considers the peculiarities of testing the protective properties of such personal protective equipment as bulletproof vests and bulletproof helmets in accordance with their design features of climatic conditions of the test, requirements for personnel, testing equipment. In the article the authors give the classification of bulletproof vests and helmets adopted in Ukraine according to the stability of this personal protective equipment to the action of firearms bullets, as well as special classes of bulletproof vests on their resistance to cold weapons and fragments of shells, mines or hand grenades. The means of destruction are characterized: calibers of cartridges, weight and construction of balls. The article concentrates all stages of the test from the identification of samples of personal protective equipment provided for testing, to the features of the location of equipment during the tests of both bulletproof vests and helmets, the algorithm of testing, processing and fixing the results. Requirements are provided to demonstrate that the personal protective equipment complies with the declared class. For the control of the ballistic stability of personal protective equipment (bulletproof vests and bulletproof vest elements, shields and helmets bulletproof), protective glazing, protective structures (parts and components), protection of armored specialized vehicles, riflescale shotguns, smooth barrels of the appropriate caliber, which provide the required, determined by regulatory documents of Ukraine, the speed of the bullet and cartridges of the industrial production. Necessary weapons or ballistic barrel are grounded on the developed and patented at the State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine weapons for remote shooting weapons [1]. The scope of use of this device is not limited to the ballistic tests of armor protection conducted in the State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, but may be used, for example, in the Expert Forensic Departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. One of the most important issues raised by a forensic expert is the determination of the propriety of improvised firearms and ammunition and their suitability for firearms and ammunition. In this regard, the Methodology for establishing the object of a firearm and its suitability for firearms (hereinafter – Methodology) contains relevant regulations. Thus, in particular, Clause 3.1 of the Methodology provides that the object of the requirement to firearms is determined by the presence of a set of a number of common forensic features: Clause 7.4.8 of the Methodology contains the relevant regulations, it is mentioned that the experimental firing is carried out by use of a remote control firing, equipment (devices) to determine the flight speed of shells or their kinetic energy and a bullet trap or target that provide effective inhibition of projectiles fired from small arms. The mandatory requirements are set out in the regulatory act – Technical Regulation of Pyrotechnic Products, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No 839 dated 03 August 2011. This Technical Regulation has been developed on the basis of the EU regulatory act dated May 23, 2007, concerning the launch of pyrotechnic articles on the market, in accordance with the regulations for drafting Technical regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, on the basis of acts of European legislation of the Union, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 18, 2012 No 708. Extended requirements for all classes of pyrotechnic articles are set out in national standards, the voluntary use of which gives the presumption of conformity of pyrotechnic articles with the basic safety requirements set out in the aforementioned Technical Regulation. According to the Law of Ukraine “On Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment”, such national standards should be identical to the relevant European standards adopted in the mentioned EU Directive. Diagnostics of authenticness of phonograms unites researches of originality (i.e. to priority) of phonogram and presence (or absence) in it the tracks of editing. Presently for the record of the phonograms the digital apparatus of the audio recording is mainly used, and editing is produced with the use of digital processing of the signals fixed in phonograms. Therefore there is an insistent necessity of creation of tool for the exposure of tracks of digital treatment (tracks of the digital editing) in phonograms. It is offered by us, along with the instruments worked out before, to apply the neuron networks of the deep learning for creation of the expert tool intended for the exposure of tracks of digital treatment in phonograms. Preliminary researches are completed, and the first version of the program of such high-efficiency system is built. An aim of the study is the creation of general methodology of examining of the authenticity of digital phonograms, based on the tool worked out by authors. In the construction of such system it is suggested to come from that for editing phonogram it is possible from different pre-product – phonograms taped on the different apparatus of the audio recording, and phonograms, taped on one apparatus. For the exposure of tracks arising up at such types of editing, it is necessary to use a different tool, that allows considerably to shorten labour intensiveness and time of examination. For diagnostics of editing, made from the records taped on different apparatus, it is expedient to use the tool built on the basis of fractal approach, in particular, the automated tool is “Fractal”. For diagnostics of editing, made from the records taped on one apparatus of the audio recording, it is expedient to use the tool built on the basis of neuron network of the deep learning. PECULIARITIES OF THE STRUCTURE OF MUL-T-LOCK® CYLINDER PINS(2019) Филь, Р.С.; Fyl, R.S.Research article discusses the principle of operation of cylinder mechanisms of models 7x7®, Integrator™, Classic, Interactive® by Mul-T-Lock®. The gaps in the current regulations of Ukraine, which made it impossible to conduct operational and investigative activities of the National Police of Ukraine, were considered. In order to reveal the problems of the research subject, the constructions, technical characteristics and levels of resistance to different methods of hacking of the considered mechanisms are investigated. Data on the structure of their bodies, cylinders, pins and keys to them, as well as the level of interchangeability of individual components are given. The interaction of the main components of cylinders in different modes of operation is described. The order of applying the code of cylinder mechanisms on their carrier is given – the key. Key profiles, typical for mechanisms, which are officially delivered to Ukraine, are specified. The geometrical sizes of code pins in pairs are determined and the constructive methods aimed at increasing the security of mechanisms from manipulative methods of breaking are described. The level of resistance of cylinder mechanisms to burglary is analyzed in accordance with GOST EN 1303:2014. The technical solution aimed at improving the performance of locks is proposed.
