Abstract
У статті досліджено сутність інноваційних технологій в освіті, питання технологій професійного розвитку та саморозвитку людини, а також переваги використання освітнього коучингу, взаємозв’язок нав- чання та практичного досвіду, принципи творчої співпраці, синергію в навчальній аудиторії. In the article the essence of innovative technologies in education, theoretical principles of change management, the issues of technologies of professional development and self-development of a person, as well as the advantages of using educational coaching, the relationship between learning and practical experience, the principles of creative cooperation, and synergy in the educational audience are explored.
