CRIMINOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CRIMES RELATED TO DRUG TRAFFICKING(2019) СУХОВОЛЕЦЬ Уляна Андріївна; SUKHOVOLETS Uliana AndriivnaВідзначено, що кримінологія розглядає злочинність, пов’язану із незаконним обігом наркотиків з двох позицій: наркоманія є «фоновим» явищем, антисуспільною поведінкою, що сприяє виникненню та існуванню злочинності; підрозділ особливої частини кримінологічної науки, що визначає основні характеристики наркозлочинності, що охоплює злочини, безпосередньо пов’язані з «фоновим» явищем наркоманії, і які, в свою чергу, сприяють виникненню, існуванню та розповсюдженню цього негативного суспільного явища. Мета роботи полягає у дослідженні проблеми і аналізу кримінологічної характеристики злочинів, що пов'язані із незаконним обігом наркотиків. Сформовано висновок, що наркоманія і злочинність тісно пов’язані між собою, збільшення кількості наркозалежних пропорційно позначається на збільшенні злочинності, вчиненні проступків кримінального характеру у стані наркотичного сп’яніння. It was noted that criminology considers crime related to drug trafficking from two perspectives: drug addiction is a “background” phenomenon, antisocial behaviour that contributes to the emergence and existence of criminality; section of a special criminological science that determines the main characteristics of drug crime, which covers crimes directly related to the “background” phenomenon of drug addiction, and which, in turn, contribute to the emergence, existence and spread of this negative social phenomenon. The objective of the work is to study the problem and to analyze the criminological characteristics of crimes related to drug trafficking. The theoretical basis of the publication is the dialectical method and the main provisions of the rules of law for the analysis and evaluation of the identified range of problems. The following methods were used in the research process: abstract and logical (for theoretical generalization and drawing conclusions); analytical (in the study of theoretical thoughts and their interpretation within the framework of legal acts), as well as applied methods of structural analysis, comparison and generalization. Methodological basis is the works of domestic scholars, materials of periodicals. It is stated that the social danger of drug addiction is conditioned by two aspects: medical and social. It has been concluded that drug addiction and crime are closely related, the increase in the number of drug addicts is proportionally reflected in the increase of crime, the commission of criminal offenses in a state of drug intoxication. This is caused not only by the destruction of physical and moral health, but also by the degradation of the individual, the increasing demand for expensive drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors. It has been noted that rising demand has led to an increase in supply, and numerous suicides, domestic and industrial injuries are all due to drug use, which also leads to overdose deaths.Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ МАРКЕТИНГОВОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ СУЧАСНОГО ВИРОБНИЧОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА. In the modern conditions for many domestic enterprises are characterized by episodic, unsystematic and, as a result, ineffective use of marketing. This state of things negatively affects their competitiveness, and well-known international agreements only aggravate the competitiveness problem, which cannot be solved by traditional methods. Therefore, the creation of holistic marketing system and the development of approaches to establish effective management of it are very important. Оцінка ступеня стійкості або рухливості наявної структури проводиться за допомогою індивідуальних і узагальнюючих показників структурних зрушень. Для дослідження зв’язків між розглянутими в роботі факторами використовується кореляційний аналіз. Побудована модель дозволяє проаналізувати зв’язки, характер та динаміку структурних зрушень грошових потоків між Україною та її основними донорами. In the article, a statistical analysis of the structural change in the remittances of Ukrainian overseas workers is performed. The sources of obtaining information on the statistical analysis of structural changes in money transfers are considered. Досліджено європейський простір вищої освіти, розглянуто його основну мету та функції, а також виділено аспекти, які необхідно враховувати для реалізації Болонського процесу. Проаналізовано стратегію євроінтеграції, позитивні та негативні моменти даного процесу, шляхи реалізації. Представлено систему академічних кредитів, аналогічну ЕСТS, передбачену Болонською декларацією. Сформульовано подальші дії для досягнення поставлених завдань Болонського процесу. The article deals with the European Credit Transfer System, its development and ways to improve it. The European Higher Education Area is being explored and its main objectives and functions are being considered as well as aspects to be considered for the implementation of the Bologna Process. The strategy of European integration, the positive and negative sides of this process, ways of implementation are analyzed. A system of academic credits similar to the ECTS provided by the Bologna Declaration is presented. В ідеалі монетарна політика покликана забезпечити стабільність цін, повну зайнятість та економічне зростання – такі її кінцеві цілі. Однак на практиці за її допомогою доводиться вирішувати і більш вузькі завдання, що відповідають пріоритетним потребам економіки країни. У статті досліджуються цільові орієнтири монетарної політики в сфері забезпечення макроекономічної стабільності. The article investigates the choice of a monetary regime, its correct and effective application, analysis of possible consequences, because effective monetary policy of the state is one of the main instruments of influence on financial imbalances in the national economy. Ideally, monetary policy is designed to ensure price stability, full employment and economic growth – its ultimate goals. However, in practice, with its help, it is necessary to solve more narrow tasks, corresponding to the priority needs of the country's economy. The article examines the target guidelines for monetary policy in the field of macroeconomic stability.Item
