Abstract
Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено вирішенню проблеми оптимізації інформаційного забезпечення професійної діяльності слідчого Національної поліції України. Значна інтелектуальна та моральна насиченість діяльності цієї категорії правників визначає особливу значущість їх формування та розвитку як особистості, носія і провідника цінностей закону та високої професійної культури. Всебічне удосконалення слідчої діяльності та якісних характеристик її суб’єкта безпосередньо пов’язане з оптимальною організацією фахової освіти на засадах сучасних освітніх технологій, зокрема на компетентнісному та системному підходах, психологічна складова яких є однією з наріжних. Dissertation research is sanctified to the decision of problem of optimization of dataware of professional activity of investigator of the National police of Ukraine. The considerable intellectual and moral saturation of activity of legislators 6 determines the special meaningfulness of their forming and development as personalities, transmitter and explorer of values of law and high professional culture. The all-round improvement of inquisitional activity and quality descriptions of her subject is directly related to optimal organization of trade education on principles of modern educational technologies, in particular on competent, and to the system approaches a psychological constituent of that is one of basic.
