Abstract
Розглянуто завдання та визначено функції діяльності Національної поліції України, зокрема у сфері гарантування публічної безпеки й порядку. Окреслено авторське бачення мети діяльності цього органу. Висунуто пропозиції щодо внесення змін до Закону України «Про Національну поліцію».The article offers the author’s vision of the objectives of the National police, considered problem and identifies the responsibilities inherent in the National police as a whole and in the sphere of ensuring public security and order in particular. Made proposals on amending the Law of Ukraine «On the National police».
