Abstract
В тезах розглянуто основні ознаки, які входять до структури особи неповнолітньої жертви сексуального насильства, що вчиняється військовослужбовцями. Авторами звернута увага на націоналістичний підтекст розглядуваних кримінальних правопорушень. Підсумовано, що кримінально протиправна поведінка військовослужбовців не завжди обумовлена тільки віктимністю підлітків. На сьогоднішній день частими є випадки, коли діти страждають через нехтування їх батьками закликів влади держави до
обов’язкової евакуації із зони активних бойових дій, тимчасово окупованих територій тощо. Саме тому, коли йде мова про особу жертви, необхідно завжди враховувати об’єктивні (зовнішні) умови, в
яких було вчинено кримінальне правопорушення. The theses consider the main features that are included in
the personality structure of a minor victim of sexual violence committed by military personnel. The authors draw attention to the nationalist subtext of the considered criminal offenses. It is concluded that the criminally illegal
behavior of military personnel is not always caused only by the victimization of teenagers. Nowadays, there are frequent cases when children suffer due to their parents’ neglecting the calls of the state authorities for mandatory evacuation from the zone of active hostilities, temporarily occupied territories, etc. That is why, when it comes to the identity of the victim, it is always necessary to take into account the objective (external) conditions in which the criminal offense was committed.
