Abstract
Тези присвячені аналізу кримінологічних ризиків, пов’язаних із можливим запровадження в Україні ліберального режиму обігу цивільної вогнепальної зброї. Дослідження базується на результатах
досліджень наслідків використання цивільної вогнепальної зброї у США – країні, у якій така зброє вже тривалий час знаходиться у значної кількості населення. Theses are devoted to the analysis of criminological risks associated with the possible introduction in Ukraine of a liberal regime of circulation of civilian firearms. The study is based on the results of studies of the consequences of the use of civilian firearms in the United States, a country in which such weapons have been in a large number of the population for a long time.
