У даній роботі здійснено аналіз нормативно-правових актів, що стосуються змісту та порядку проведення громадського контролю за дотриманням прав, законних інтересів і свобод військовополонених, які
тримаються у спеціальних установах України та Російської Федерації. In this work, an analysis of legal acts related to the content and procedure of public control over the observance of the rights, legitimate interests and freedoms of prisoners of war held in special institutions of Ukraine and the Russian Federation was carried out.
