Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню заходів процесуального примусу, які застосовуються су-дом до порушників порядку в залі судового засідання. У ході дослідження подано і про-аналізовано теоретичні підходи до розуміння правової природи таких заходів, як поперед-ження й видалення із судового засідання. Акцентовано увагу на підставах та особливос-тях застосування кожного з них. The scientific article is devoted to researching of procedural coercion applied by the court to the courtroom order offenders. During research defined and analyzed theoretical approaches to the understanding the legal nature of such measures of procedural coercion as a warning and removal from the courtroom.
