| dc.description.abstract | У роботі досліджено питання адміністративно правового регулювання соціального захисту й визначено можливі шляхи його вдосконалення. Доведено, що соціальний захист – це комплекс правових, економічних та організаційних заходів, які застосовуються суб’єктами публічної адміністрації та спрямовані на встановлення основних і додаткових гарантій. Визначено сутність державної політики у сфері соціального захисту, яка становить цілеспрямовану організовану діяльність суб’єктів публічної адміністрації, що в процесі реалізації своїх повноважень шляхом застосування комплексу управлінських, правових, економічних, соціальних заходів сприяє розробленню програм соціального захисту. The work examines administrative and legal regulation of social protection and identifies possible ways to improve it. It is given that social protection is a complex of legal, economic and organizational measures that are used by public administration entities and is aimed at establishing basic and additional guarantees. The essence of state policy in the sphere of social protection, which constitutes the purposeful, organized activity of the public administration’s subjects. Which in the process of implementation of their powers by applying a set of management, legal, economic, social actions contributes to the development of programs of social protection. | |
