Abstract
Тактика допиту під час розслідування незаконного заволодіння транспортним засобом потребуєвирішення низки проблемних питань, зокрема: виявлення всіх фактів протип-равної діяльності; встановлення співучасників, способів, засобів і вичерпного кола об-ставин учинення кримінального правопорушення. Важливим способом отримання до-казової інформації є слідчі (розшукові) дії, і першочергова серед них – допит. Урахуван-ня процесуальних, організаційних, тактичних, психологічних особливостей визначають успіх тактики допиту. Мета статті полягає у формуванні основ і визначенні особливос-тей тактики допиту підозрюваного, свідка, потерпілого в процесі розслідування неза-конного заволодіння транспортним засобом. Досягнення поставленої мети полягає у виконанні таких завдань: визначення умов проведення допиту під час розслідування незаконного заволодіння транспортним засобом; визначення переліку основних питань, які необхідно з’ясувати під час допиту учасників кримінального провадження за цих умов; розкриття особливостей застосування тактичних прийомів у процесі досудо-вого розслідування, залежно від слідчої ситуації та інших чинників. Peculiarities of in-terrogation tactics during the investigation of illegal possession of a vehicle are accompa-nied by the need to solve a number of problematic issues, in particular, regarding the detec-tion of all facts of illegal activity; establishing accomplices, methods, means and circumstan-ces of committing a criminal offense. Investigative (research) actions are an important met-hod of obtaining evidentiary information, and the first among them is interrogation. Conside-ration of procedural, organizational, tactical, psychological provisions determine the success of interrogation tactics. The purpose of the article is to form the basics of interrogation tact-ics of a suspect, witness, victim in the process of illegal possession of a vehicle. Achieving the set goal consists in performing the following tasks: determining the conditions of the interrogation during the investigation of illegal possession of a vehicle; highlighting the list of main issues that must be clarified during the interrogation of participants in criminal procee-dings under the given conditions; disclosure of the peculiarities of the use of tactical techni-ques in the process of pre-trial investigation, depending on the investigative situation and ot-her factors.
