Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні питання щодо правового забезпечення підвищення продуктивності земель лісогосподарського призначення. Доводиться, що охорона та захист лісів відіграють особливу роль у забезпеченні підвищення продуктивності земель лісогосподарського призначення. The article deals with the main issues concerning the legal support for raising the productivity of forestry lands. It has been argued that protection and guardering of forests play a special role in increasing the productivity of forestry lands.
