Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню системи взаємодії релігії, релігійних організацій із господарською діяльністю в такій конфесії, як іудаїзм. Помітним є те, що в країнах постійного чи тимчасового проживання євреїв, незалежно від домінуючого віросповідання основного населення, іудаїзм у різноманітних своїх формах економічно є присутнім у багатьох аспектах суспільного й господарського життя. В Україні єврейська громада є однією з найчисленніших у світі, а тому не можна не враховувати релігійних настанов цієї громади, вибудовуючи господарські відносини в нашій державі. Ми наполягаємо на тому, що вивчення господарства як єдиного, наслідуваного культурно-історичного цілого постає перспективним напрямком у вітчизняній правовій науці. The article is devoted to the study of the system of interaction of religion, religious organizations with economic activities in such a confession as Judaism. It is noteworthy that Judaism, in its various forms, is economically present in many aspects of social and economic life in the countries of permanent or temporary residence of Jews, regardless of the dominant religion of the main population. In Ukraine, the Jewish community is one of the largest in the world, and therefore one can not ignore the religious instructions of this community, building up economic relations in our country. We insist that studying the economy as a single cultural-historical whole appears to be a promising area in the domestic legal science.
