Abstract
У статті досліджуються різні підстави визнання заповіту недійсним. Авторами доводиться, що не всі норми, які стосуються недійсності правочинів загалом, можуть бути застосовані до заповітів. The authors investigate various grounds of the testament voidness. The authors prove that not all of the legal rules concerning the voidness of legal deals in general may be applied to the testaments.
