Abstract
Статтю присвячено аналізу чинного сімейного законодавства та доктринальних підходів до проблем здійснення та обмеження права на таємницю особистого життя чоловіка та дружини. Окрему увагу приділено правовим наслідкам розголошення відомостей про стан здоров’я подружжя. The article is devoted the analysis of current domestic legislation and doctrine going near the problems of realization and limitation of right on the secret of the personal life of man and woman. Separate attention is spared the law consequences of disclosure of information about the state of health of the married couples.
