Abstract
У статті проаналізовано діяльність спеціальних антикорупційних органів із запобігання та протидії корупції в системі правосуддя, наголошено на необхідності вдосконалення чинного антикорупційного законодавства щодо компетенції цих органів. The article analyzes the activities of anti-corruption bodies and offers solutions of current problems. It is emphasized on the purpose to improve the current anti-corruption legislation concerning the competence of the public bodies that fight corruption in the judicial system of Ukraine.
