Abstract
У статті досліджено історично-правовий розвиток правового регулювання територіальної охорони природи. Проаналізовано перехід від охорони окремих територій та об’єктів до сукупності природоохоронних територій, виділено основні моменти. The article deals with the historical and legal development of territorial environmental protection legal regulation. The transition from the protection of separate territories and objects to the combination of environmental protection territories has been analyzed. The main points of this process have been highlighted.
