Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню положень Кримінального процесуального кодексу України щодо строків досудового розслідування та їх продовження. Висвітлено проблеми правового регулювання нового порядку продовження строків досудового розслідування та надано пропозиції для його вдосконалення. The article deals with the research of the principles Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine concerning the terms of the pre-trial investigation and new order of extending this terms. The problems of legal regulation prolongation of the terms of the pre-trial investigation are analyzed and proposals for their improvement are given.
