Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню функцій професійного розвитку працівників. Запропоновано функції професійного розвитку працівників розглядати як історично зумовлені й нормативно відображені в законодавстві основні напрями правового впливу на відповідну категорію суспільних відносин, у яких виявляється юридична природа такого розвитку, завдяки чому реалізується його призначення в суспільстві й державі. The article is devoted to the study of the functions of professional development of employees. The functions of professional development of workers are proposed to consider as the historically predetermined and normatively reflected in the legislation the main directions of legal influence on the appropriate category of social relations, which reveals the legal nature of such development, which makes its purpose in society and the state realized.
