Abstract
У статті розглянуто особливості міжнародного правопорядку. На підставі аналізу сучасних міжнародних правовідносин, що сформувались в результаті дії принципів та норм міжнародного права, проаналізовано основні тенденції розвитку сучасного міжнародного правового порядку. The article deals with the features of international law and order. Main tendencies in the development of the international legal order were examined based on the analysis of contemporary international legal relations established in the result of the application of the principles and norms of international law.
