Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню системи джерел екоресурного права України як юридичної основи управління побутовими відходами в Україні. У статті досліджуються чинні джерела екоресурсного права України та ті джерела права, які в перспективі можуть долучитися до його системи. The article is devoted to the study of the system of sources of environmental rights of Ukraine as a legal basis for management of domestic wastes in Ukraine. The article examines the current sources of environmental rights of Ukraine and those sources of law, which in the future can join its system.
