Abstract
У статті розкрито питання правового регулювання трудових відносин шляхом застосування Цивільного кодексу України. Автор висловлює занепокоєння стосовно поширення практики застосування Цивільного кодексу України до відносин, які мають трудоправовий характер. The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of labor relations through the application of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The author expresses concern about the spread of the practice of applying the Civil Code of Ukraine to relations that are labor-legal.
