Abstract
У статті проаналізовано питання щодо меж формування категорії «розсуд» у приватному праві. Розглядаються критерії класифікації меж категорії «розсуд» у приватному праві. The article analyzes the questions concerning the boundaries of the formation of the category “discretion” in private law. The criteria for classifying the boundaries of the category “discretion” in private law are considered.
