Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано визначення типових слідчих ситуацій початкового етапу розслідування зґвалтувань за ключовою для розслідування ознакою – існування чи відсутності певних соціальних відносин між підозрюваним і потерпілою особою. Розкривається зміст тактичних операцій, що відповідають слідчим ситуаціям. In the article the definition of typical investigative situations of the initial stage of the investigation of rape based on the key to the investigation feature is substantiated – the existence or absence of certain social relations between the suspect and the injured person. The content of the tactical operations corresponding to the investigation situations is disclosed.
