Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню поняття юридичної відповідальності за правопорушення в інформаційній сфері, розробці авторського визначення зазначеного поняття та визначенню його ознак. Проаналізовані основні визначення «юридичної відповідальності в інформаційній сфері», надані провідними науковцями. The article investigates the definition of legal responsibility in sphere of information, development of author’s definition of the definition of legal responsibility in sphere of information and determinates signs of legal responsibility in sphere of information. Analysed the main definitions of “legal responsibility in sphere of information”, presented by leading scientists and specified its components. Developed author’s definition of “legal responsibility in sphere of information”.
