Abstract
У статті проаналізовано питання щодо реформування військової сфери та введення новацій у повсякденність військовослужбовців, нагальним питанням постає визначення участі військовослужбовців у цивільних правовідносинах. Майнові і пов’язані з ними немайнові відносини у суспільстві регулюються цивільним правом, у якому військові частини як юридичні особи, а також військовослужбовці як фізичні особи беруть участь. The article analyzes the issues related to the reform of the military sphere and the introduction of innovations into the daily life of military personnel, and the pressing question is the determination of the participation of military personnel in civil relations. Property and related non-property relations in society are governed by civil law, in which military units as legal entities, as well as military personnel, as individuals, participate.
