Abstract
У статті зроблена спроба проаналізувати міжнародно-правові стандарти права людини на достатній рівень життя. В історичному аспекті досліджується проблема визнання соціальних прав, в тому числі і право на необхідний життєвий рівень. Загальна Декларація прав людини та Міжнародний пакт про економічні, соціальні та культурні права по суті стали еталоном і найбільш вагомими міжнародно-правовими актами в сфері закріплення соціальних прав. The article deals with an attempt to analyse international and legal standards of human rights to a sufficient standard of living. Historically, the problem of recognition of social rights, including the right to a standard of living, is investigated. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights have, in fact, become the benchmark and most important international and legal acts in the sphere of consolidation of social rights.
