Abstract
Встановлено, що в системі національної безпеки економічна безпека виконує чітко визначені функції, несе на собі суттєве функціональне навантаження. Визначено, що сутність економічної безпеки полягає в тому, що вона є матеріальною основою національної суверенності, що визначає реальні можливості в забезпеченні інших видів безпеки (кібербезпеки, бактеріологічної безпеки, інноваційної безпеки, продовольчої безпеки тощо). Тобто економічна безпека – це підґрунтя для функціонування всіх інших її елементів, що входять у цю систему. Обґрунтовано, що завдяки аналізу об’єктів економічної безпеки зрозумілим стає саме розуміння механізмів, які вливають на стан забезпечення економічної безпеки держави: останній визначається синергетичним ефектом від геоекономічних чинників і тенденцій розвитку світового господарства та умов й особливостей економічних процесів усередині держави, розвитку суб’єктів господарювання та окремих регіонів, що є реакцією на зміну економіко-правової дійсності. It is established that in the national security system, economic security performs well-defined functions and carries significant functional load. It is determined that the essence of economic security lies in the fact that it is the material basis of national sovereignty, which defines real possibilities in providing other types of security (cyber security, bacteriological security, innovation security, food security, etc.). That is, economic security is the basis for the functioning of all its other elements that are part of this system. It is well-grounded that due to the analysis of economic security objects the understanding of the mechanisms influencing the state of ensuring the economic security of the state becomes clear: the latter is determined by the synergistic effect of geo-economic factors and tendencies of development of the world economy and conditions and peculiarities of economic processes in the country, development of the subjects. economic and individual regions, which is a reaction to changing economic and legal reality.
