Abstract
У статті проаналізовано науковий доробок відомого вітчизняного вченого-міжнародника Ігоря Івановича Лукашука щодо права міжнародних договорів, визначено особливості його наукових підходів. Окрема увага автором приділена аналізу прогресивних думок І.І. Лукашука щодо права міжнародних договорів та досліджено формування поглядів вченого в часовому розрізі. The article analyzes the research of the famous Ukrainian international law scientist Igor Ivanovich Lukashuk concerning the law of treaties and features his scientific methods. Special attention is paid by the author to the analysis of the Igor Lukashuk’s forward-thinking on the law of treaties and formation of the scientist’s views in the temporal perspective.
