Abstract
Стаття присвячена розкриттю сутності фінансово-правового регулювання медичного забезпечення поліцейських. Визначено актуальність юридичного забезпечення медичної діяльності в Україні, а також відповідність Конституції України права на охорону здоров’я, медичну допомогу та медичне страхування. Водночас у ст. 12 Закону України «Основи законодавства України про охорону здоров’я» зазначено: державна політика охорони здоров’я забезпечується бюджетними асигнуваннями в розмірі, що відповідає її науково обґрунтованим потребам, але не менше 10% національного доходу. The article is devoted to the disclosure of the essence of financial and legal regulation of medical provision of police officers. The urgency of legal support of medical activity in Ukraine, as well as the compliance of the Constitution of Ukraine with the right to health care, medical care and medical insurance, is determined. At the same time, Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “Fundamentals of Ukrainian Health Law” states that the state policy of health care is provided with budget allocations in the amount that corresponds to its scientifically justified needs, but not less than ten percent of national income.
