Abstract
У статті висвітлено питання теоретико-правового аналізу інформаційного забезпечення діяльності органів публічного управління, визначені його особливості та сформовані узагальнення, спрямовані на подальшу теоретичну розробку проблем траспарентної діяльності органів публічної влади. Інформаційне забезпечення розглянуто як обов’язковий елемент організаційного процесу і публічного адміністрування, який передбачає формування та використання масиву інформації необхідного для здійснення управлінських операцій. Зазначено, що насичення відповідними даними є запорукою ефективності управління і передбачає здійснення системи заходів щодо їхнього збору, обробки, оцінки з метою подальшого правильного та раціонального використання при прийнятті управлінських та інших похідних владних рішень. The article deals with the issues of theoretical and legal analysis of informational support of the activity of public administration bodies, its features and generalized generalizations, which are aimed at further theoretical development of the problems of the transparent functioning of public authorities. Information provision is considered as a mandatory element of the organizational process and public administration, which involves the formation and use of an array of information necessary for the management of operations. It is noted that saturation with relevant data is the key to the effectiveness of management and involves implementing a system of measures for their collection, processing, evaluation in order to further correct and rational use in the adoption of managerial and other derivative power decisions.
