Abstract
У статті проаналізовано проблематику питання права на освіту засуджених до позбавлення волі та досліджено навчання засуджених як основний засіб їх ресоціалізації та виправлення. The article analyzes the issues of the right to education of people sentenced to deprivation of liberty and examined the education of convicts as the main means of their re-socialization and correction.
