Abstract
У статті розглянуто еволюцію міжнародного забезпечення регламентації освітніх відносин у часи античності та Середньовіччя. Особлива увага приділена питанням міжнародно-правового виміру статусу європейських університетів періоду їх виникнення, договірного закріплення освітніх аспектів міжконфесійних відносин, договірним гарантіям розвитку вітчизняної системи освіти періоду визвольних змагань ХVІІ ст. Article reflects the evolution of the international providing the regulating of the educational issues in Ancient and Middle Ages. Special attention was devoted to the issues of the international legal framework of the first European universities’ activities, of the treaty fixing of the educational components of interreligious relations, of the treaty guarantees for the development of the Ukrainian educational system on the times of liberating struggle during XVII century.
