Abstract
У статті автором проаналізовано підходи до визначення органів державної влади в сфері надрокористування, визначено систему таких органів, встановлено та проаналізовано повноваження основних органів, що здійснюють публічне адміністрування в цій сфері. In the article the author analyzes the approaches to the definition of public authorities in the sphere of subsoil use, the system of such bodies is defined, the powers of the main bodies that carry out public administration in this area are established and analyzed.
