Abstract
У статті проаналізовано питання комунікативних складників взаємодії органів державної влади та суспільства в контексті доступу до публічної ін- формації у формі відкритих даних та у праві на повторне використання інформації. Сформульовано висновки, що публічна інформація і відкриті дані – це не тотожні поняття. Надається визначення понять «відкриті дані» та «повторне використання інформації». In the article the analysis is focused on the question of the communicative components of the interaction between the state authority and society in context of the access to the public information in a form of open data and in the right for the secondary use of information. It has been concluded, that the public information and open data are not identical notions. The definition of the notions of “open data” and “secondary use of information”.
