Abstract
Стаття присвячена проблемі стягнення аліментів із боржника на утримання дитини. У статті наводяться основні проблемні питання, з якими стикається заявник у наказному провадженні, та шляхи вдосконалення чинних норм законодавства, що зможуть допомогти стягнути аліменти на утримання дитини якнайшвидше і накласти санкції на боржника за відмову та невчасну оплату аліментів відповідно до закону. This article is devoted to the problem of collecting alimony from the debtor to support the child. The article presents the main issues that the applicant faces in the process of ordering and the ways to improve the current legislation that will help to secure child support as soon as possible and impose sanctions on the debtor for refusing and untimely payment of alimony in accordance with the law.
