Abstract
Стаття присвячена питанням визнання та виконання іноземних судових рішень, що є особливою формою міжнародної співпраці держав. У статті розглянуті процесуальні особливості розгляду клопотань про визнання та надання дозволу на виконання іноземних судових рішень, проаналізовані відповідні положення Цивільного процесуального кодексу України, Закону України «Про міжнародне приватне право» та міжнародних договорів України з Китайською Народною Республікою, Монголією, республіками Молдова і Польща, Республікою Грузія, Естонською, Латвійською і Литовською республіками, що стосуються тематики статті. The article deals with the issues of recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions, which is a special form of international cooperation between states. The article deals with the procedural peculiarities of consideration of applications (petitions) on recognition and granting of permission for execution of foreign court decisions, analyzes the relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On International Private Law” and international treaties of Ukraine with the People’s Republic of China, Mongolia, Republic of Poland, Republic of Georgia, the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian Republics concerning the subject matter of the article.
