Abstract
Стаття присвячена виявленню переваг та недоліків застосування системного підходу як основи дослідження історичного розвитку законності дозвільної діяльності. Визначено, що основною перевагою системного підходу як основи дослідження історичного розвитку законності дозвільної діяльності є можливість урахування її системного характеру і, таким чином, більш точного визначення сутності зазначеного поняття та більш точного прогнозування його подальшого розвитку. Обґрунтовано, що певним умовним недоліком системного підходу для виконання окресленого завдання є необхідність точності в поточному розумінні досліджуваних явищ, оскільки інше виключає повноцінне з’ясування його елементів та зав’язків між ними. The article is devoted to identifying the advantages and disadvantages of applying a systematic approach as a basis for exploring the historical development of the law of permitting activities. It is determined that the main advantage of the systematic approach as a basis for the study of the historical development of the law of permitting activity is the ability to take into account its systemic nature and, thus, to more accurately determine the essence of the said concept and more accurately predict its further development. It is justified that a certain conditional disadvantage of the systematic approach for performing the outlined task is the need for accuracy in the current understanding of the phenomena being studied, since the other does not preclude full understanding of its elements and relations between them.
