Abstract
У статті досліджено визначення змісту понять «анатомічні матеріали людини», «органи», «тканини» та «клітини» відповідно до літератури медичного спрямування, актів міжнародного права і національного права різних держав у сфері трансплантації. Метою дослідження є визначення єдиного розуміння поняття «анатомічні матеріали людини» та його складових частин. Актуальність вибору цієї теми спричинена тим, що детальний розгляд питання правового змісту досліджуваних дефініцій залишається тривалий час поза увагою фахівців у галузі права. Незважаючи на це, терміни «анатомічні матеріали людини», «органи», «тканини» та «клітини» активно застосовуються у правовій сфері, особливо якщо це стосується питання незаконної трансплантації анатомічних матеріалів людини, що є поширеним явищем у сучасному суспільстві. The article examines the definitions of concepts "human anatomical materials", "organs", "tissues" and "cells" in accordance with the medical literature, acts of international law and national law of different states in the field of transplantation. The aim of the study is to determine a similar understanding of the concept of "human anatomical materials" and its components. The relevance of the choice of this topic is caused by the fact that a detailed consideration of the legal content of the studied definitions remains out of the attention of experts in the field of law for a long time.
