Abstract
У статті наведено особливості виконання та відбування покарання у виді позбавлення волі стосовно засуджених неповнолітніх як однієї з уразливих категорій засуджених, правовий статус яких потребує пильної уваги з боку як законотворця, так і правозастосувача. The article presents peculiarities of execution and serving a punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty regarding convicted juveniles, as one of the vulnerable categories of convicts, whose legal status requires close attention from both the legislator and the law enforcer.
