Abstract
Метою статті є з’ясування поняття та проведення класифікації гарантій забезпечення муніципальних прав людини та громадянина, зокрема, як члена територіальної громади шляхом дослідження теоретичних та практичних питань забезпечення муніципальних прав людини, виявлення проблемних питань, пов’язаних із гарантіями їх забезпечення, висвітленими і у Конституції України та спеціалізованому законодавстві, і у міжнародно-правових актах, а також визначення шляхів розв’язання таких проблемних питань. Враховуючи, що людина є соціальною істотою, надзвичайно продуктивним. The purpose of the article is to clarify the concept and classification of guarantees of municipal human rights and citizenship, in particular, as a member of the local community by studying theoretical and practical issues of municipal human rights, identifying problematic issues related to guarantees of their coverage. Constitution of Ukraine and specialized legislation, and in international legal acts, as well as identifying ways to address such issues.
