Abstract
Суспільні (соціальні) кризи, які в усі часи переслідували людство, пов’язані, перш за все, з трансформацією політичних, правових, економічних, культурних та інших підвалин функціонування держави, її соціальних інститутів. Порушення наявних правил соціальної взаємодії в масштабах усього суспільства призводить до глобальних криз, руйнації системи відносин, масових заворушень, революцій. Неврегульованість, дезорганізація традиційних цінностей, інституцій, зв’язків у період соціальних потрясінь – таке соціальне явище, як аномія, або аномія соціальна (від грец. ἀνoμία – беззаконня). Актуальність дослідження проблематики аномії в історії філософсько-правової думки обумовлена вивченням впливу аномії на сучасне суспільство. Разом з тим досі недостатньо опрацьованими є історичні аспекти філософського осмислення аномії у їхньому взаємозв’язку з сучасним станом розвитку українського суспільства. Дослідження цих питань та визначення напрямів подолання негативних наслідків аномії стали предметом розгляду цієї статті. Social (social) crises that have haunted humanity at all times are connected, first of all, with the transformation of the political, legal, economic, cultural and other foundations of the functioning of the state and its social institutions. Violation of the existing rules of social interaction on the scale of the entire society leads to global crises, the destruction of the system of relations, mass riots, and revolutions. Irregularity, disorganization of traditional values, institutions, and relationships during a period of social upheaval is a social phenomenon such as anomie, or social anomie (from the Greek ἀνομία – lawlessness). The relevance of the study of the problem of anomie in the history of philosophical and legal thought is due to the study of the influence of anomie on modern society. At the same time, the historical aspects of the philosophical understanding of anomie in their relationship with the current state of development of Ukrainian society are still insufficiently developed. The study of these issues and the determination of directions for overcoming the negative consequences of anomie became the subject of this article.
