Abstract
У статті на основі сучасного психолого-правового аналізу та сьогоденної вітчизняної практики протидії військовим кримінальним правопорушенням розглянуто актуальні питання типології особи-злочинця військовослужбовця з урахуванням ціннісно-мотиваційного критерію та специфіки діяльності військових підрозділів. Зосереджено увагу на характеристиці його соціально-демографічних, психофізіологічних та кримінально-правових рис та властивостей. Досліджено структуру особистості злочинця, що включає ознаки, що дають морально-психологічну характеристику особи: цінності та норми, якими особа практично керується в своїй діяльності; характер і рівень потреб, стійка система мотивів поведінки, моральні навички і звички особи тощо; ознаки, що характеризують біологічні властивості такі, як інстинкти, потяги, фізіологічні потреби та особливості; ознаки, що характеризують психологічний стан особи та її психічні особливості, зокрема особливості відчуттів, наявність або відсутність психічних аномалій, вікові особливості психіки тощо. The article, based on modern psychological and legal analysis and the current domestic practice of combating war crimes, examines the topical issues of the typology of the person-criminal of a military serviceman, taking into account the valuemotivational criterion and the specifics of the daily activities of military units. Attention is focused on the characteristics of its socio-demographic, psychophysiological and criminal-legal features and properties. The structure of the criminal’s personality was studied, which includes signs that give the moral and psychological characteristics of the person: values and norms that the person is practically guided by in his activities; the nature and level of needs, a stable system of behavioral motives, moral skills and habits of a person, etc.; signs characterizing biological properties such as instincts, drives, physiological needs and features; signs characterizing the psychological state of a person and his mental features, in particular the features of sensations, the presence or absence of mental abnormalities, age-related features of the psyche, etc.
