Abstract
У статті аналізуються перелік і зміст основних функцій профспілок, їх об’єднань в умовах воєнного стану. Звертається увага на відсутність у Законі України «Про професійні спілки, їх права та гарантії діяльності» спеціальної норми про функції профспілок. При цьому останні необхідно виокремлювати від передбачених Законом повноважень профспілок, їх об’єднань. The article analyzes the list and content of the main functions of trade unions and their associations under martial law. Attention is drawn to the absence of a special regulation on the functions of trade unions in the Law of Ukraine «On Trade Unions, Their Rights and Guarantees of Activity». At the same time, the latter must be separated from the powers of trade unions and their associations provided for by the Law.
