Abstract
Суб’єкти господарювання наділені різноманітними правами і обов’язками, дотримання і виконання яких гарантує належний розвиток господарської системи держави. Проблема захисту прав суб’єктів господарювання та підтримки правопорядку в сфері підприємництва залишається актуальною навіть в умовах епідемії коронавірусу та війни. Наразі ведення господарської діяльності в Україні здійснюється в критично обмеженому форматі, оскільки вся система економіки та господарювання перебуває в хиткому, невизначеному становищі. Страждає не тільки малий і середній, але й крупний бізнес, навіть ті підприєм- ства, які завжди були найпотужнішими на ринку, зазнають колосального спаду виробництва і вимушено зупиняють свою роботу, а питання забезпечення захисту їх порушених прав лише загострюється.Business participants are endowed with various rights and obligations, the observance and implementation of which guarantee the proper development of the state's economic system. The problem of protecting the rights of business entities and maintaining law and order in the field of entrepreneurship remains relevant even in the conditions of the coronavirus epidemic and war. Currently, conducting economic activity in Ukraine is carried out in a critically limited format, since the entire system of economy and management is in a shaky, uncertain situation.
Not only small and medium-sized businesses suffer, but also large businesses, even those enterprises that have always been the most powerful on the market, experience a colossal decline in production and are forced to stop their work, and the issue of ensuring the protection of their violated rights only worsens.
