Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу одного з аспектів питання збільшення ефектив- ності та привабливості інвестиційної функції статутного капіталу товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю, а саме – проблемі використання коефіцієнту відношення вартості вкладу до статутного капіталу товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю до розміру частки учасника товариства. The article is devoted to the analysis of one of the aspects of the issue of increasing the efficiency and attractiveness of the investment function of the charter capital of a limited liability company, namely, the problem of using the coefficient of the ratio of the value of the contribution to the charter capital of the limited liability company to the size of the participant of the company stake.
