Abstract
У статті проаналізовано діяльність консула, зокрема, консультативну щодо вибору особами, які до нього звертаються за наданням правової допомоги з вчинення нотаріальних дій найкращого способу, із урахуванням життєвої ситуації заявників, регламентації відносин у шлюбі чи спільного проживання чоловіка і жінки без шлюбу. Висвітлено можливі варіанти такого врегулювання відносин, розкрито сутність, переваги, недоліки та наслідки, які можуть настати у кожному конкретному випадку для подружжя чи жінки і чоловіка, яка проживають без шлюбу, одним із яких є іноземний громадянин (-ка). Оскільки український консул може працювати у різних країнах світу, де проживають громадяни України, які можуть реєструвати шлюби, укладати шлюбні та інші сімейні договори із громадянами держави перебування консула, тому дуже важливим є знання консулом хоча б основ іноземного законодавства, яке регламентує ці питання, щоб він міг проконсультувати цих осіб. The article analyzes the activities of the consul, in particular, advisory activities regarding the choice of persons who turn to him for legal assistance in performing notarial acts of the best way, taking into account the life situation of the applicants, the regulation of relations in marriage or cohabitation of a man and a woman without marriage. The possible options for such a settlement of relations are highlighted, the essence, advantages, disadvantages and consequences that may arise in each specific case for a spouse or a woman and a man living without marriage, one of whom is a foreign citizen, are revealed. Since the Ukrainian consul can work in various countries of the world, where citizens of Ukraine live, who can register marriages, conclude marriage and other family contracts with citizens of the state where the consul is staying, it is therefore very important for the consul to know at least the basics of foreign legislation that regulates these issues, in order to he could consult these persons.
