Abstract
У статті порушується проблема відсутності норм в національному законі про медіацію, які чітко встановлять вимоги до проведення ліцензування медіації та акредитації освітніх програм, до освітнього рівня медіаторів та до суб’єктів надання освітніх послуг у сфері медіації, до стажування та підвищення кваліфікації, до ведення єдиного державного реєстру сертифікованих медіаторів, визначать мінімальний вік медіатора. The article examines the national legislation of Ukraine on mediation. The procedure for conducting mediation as an out-of-court procedure for conflict (dispute) settlement, the status of a mediator, requirements for his training and other issues related to this procedure are analyzed. The foreign experience of professional training and accreditation of mediators was studied, a comparative analysis of the requirements for mediators established by national legislation and the legislation of European countries was carried out.
