Abstract
The article examines the subject of the constitutional responsibility of the head of state in foreign countries. In the process of conducting a comparative analysis, a number of regular features were established due to the fact they have a strong correlation with the form of state government. The definitive basis of constitutional responsibility and its complexity are described. When examining the issue of the mechanisms that apply to the head of state upon removal from office, the connection of constitutional responsibility with political and legal responsibility was revealed. У статті досліджено тематику конституційно-правової відповідальності глави держави у зарубіжних країнах. У процесі проведення порівняльного аналізу було встановлено низку закономірних особливостей, які зустрічаються в різних країнах у кореляції з формою державного правління. Описано дефінітивну основу конституційно-правової відповідальності, її комплексність. При розгляді питання щодо механізмів, які застосовуються до глави держави при усуненні з поста, було виявлено співвідношення конституційно-правової відповідальності із політичною та юридичною відповідальністю.
