Abstract
Стаття присвячена висвітленню питання використання спеціальних знань під час розслідування кримінальних правопорушень проти статевої свободи та статевої недоторканості дітей. У статті ілюструються положення, що доказування ґрунтується на законах і категоріях діалектики та формальної логіки і, по суті, є нероздільним поєднанням практичної та розумової діяльності учасників, що здійснюють кримінальне процесуальне доказування, що здійснюється також за допомогою використання спеціальних знань у процесі розслідування кримінальних правопорушень. The article concludes that the establishment of such an objective reality is possible only through criminal procedural evidence that meets the requirements of scientific knowledge. Obtaining evidence in the process of evidence is also carried out through the use of special knowledge in the investigation of criminal offenses. It is emphasized that the current legislation of Ukraine does not provide a definition of «special knowledge», although this term is used in regulations.
